Getting First In and Last out from a temp data

Hi everyone,

I am in need of help developing a formula to get the first in and last out from a biometrics logs that I have, here below is a sample of the raw data that will provide me

[CardNo] Name [Company] [Date] [Time] [Action] [ActionText]
