Getting Filename/Pathname through Explorer using VBA

Using VBA, I would like to open a window and browse to a location using the explorer, and return the pathname of a located file, similar to the GetSaveAsFilename function in Excel. Does anybody know of a way to do that?

On another note, I would also like to record the DataSource location using an ODBC connection "Data Sources" window.

I have already checked out the link at

http://www.mrexcel.com/board2/viewtopic.php?t=56385&highlight=getsaveasfilename

And would like to try and avoid opening through Excel if possible.

Thanks for any help that anyone can provide, I'm kind of stumped.
