GETPIVOTDATA() pulling data from PowerBI

Hello,

I am pulling data from PowerBI into my excel worksheet.

Is there a way around for getpivotdata() function to pull in a key, which is blank?

For example:
China - 2019 Sales - 2020 Sales
(blank) - $300 - $500
city 1 - $400 - $100

How do I pull in 2019 sales data for (blank) city under China?
