get the next quarter or sem annual date

Guys,

Badly need a formula to get the next quarter date for a given date


Column A1 date is June 1, 2017 (by quarter)
Column A2 for the year 2018, it should should be Feb 1, 2018, what formula should i arrived at that?
Column A3 April 1, 2018 so on and so forth

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

input the date in A1 cell, the a2 cell the input the year , in A3 need a formula to populate the first quarter in 2008 where the starting date is the date input in A1, i hope this will clarify.
