good afternoon,
i am looking for a way to bring several text cells(excel) or records(access) merged together into a single cell/record. i have 4 columns and the first 3 are grouping/hyarchy with the last column being the text that i need.
have a look at this example.

so looking at the example:
all results under group are 1, so all of these records are for group 1.
under section we have 3 for section aa and 2 for section ab.
under line section, we have the order in which the text belongs in to make a paragraph. so the paragraph for section aa has 3 lines of text.
what i need is those 5 results from the example to be only two results(aa and ab) basicly.
so row one would be like this:
group 1/ section aa/ line(dont care) / text "cannot get a reading from cpu"
does that make sence? i hope i explained it good enough.
