get specific numbers from a list of numbers

I have a list of stores and some amount transactions that took place at those stores in excel.

Store 1 name (bolded)


45 -45
34 68
16 88
89 66
34 -34
21 55
95 09
22 87
-16 16

Store 2 name (bolded)

etc.

I am looking for specific amounts that are same and positive and negative. example - 45 and -45, 34 and -34 and 16 and - 16 as seen above.

I would like to have the store name returned and under that store, the number of instances where the positive and negatives occur and what those numbers are.

I am not an excel pro but a little bit more than beginner.
