Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
If this is the full runtime - then it should.

I wonder if the 2003 or XP versions are similarly available.

Currently running Win2000 with Access2000, but I'm actually getting my new PC at work today. It should be loaded with XP and Office2003 or Office XP. If the Access2003/XP doesn't come with some sort of tools like a RT I will make another call to MS and post the result here.
