Get Data - Salesforce

Hi,
I'm having a strange problem where I can no longer connect to salesforce via GetData as "We don't support this browser".
I am running IE 11, updated everything from Chrome & Edge.
Used to work fine before but has stopped working since working from home. VPN is on (not sure this matters)
Can anyone help with this please?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
