Hello,
To retrieve data from the web from Yahoo Finance is not working anymore.
Yahoo was good because I would enter several symbols and get the current quotes for those symbols, on one page.
It worked great in the past, but no longer. Is there any way to make it work? or is there another website where I can retrieve several symbol quotes at once?
I haven't found one.
Thank you

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Is it Free?
If you read the link ;)

Hello,
I downloaded it and are experimenting w/o paying!!
I just hope it's not corrupt! My fear is not knowing.
But since you responded with the above post, I feel a little better.
$20 / year, not too bad.
Thank you for the response!

Only if you want the full version, the core version as stated is free. I don't use it myself but it has been around for years and as Alan stated he has never had an issue with it.

Instead of Yahoo Finance, go to this link for an add-in that works. I have been using this one for about 10 years without issue.

I've been using this for about a month and realize some not all, prices are incorrect.
I have to delete the existing entry and re-enter it (in Stock Connector). It shows up correctly but then changes incorrectly after price updates.

Suggest you talk to the Developer. You paid him. He should resolve for you. This is not something that can be solved in this forum.

FYI, Yahoo forced us all to use of the new YahooFinance pages (instead of Classic) sometime in December, which is why your retrieval mechanism failed.
