Get Data From Excel All Record Loaded (1.048.575 Rows)

hi all..

i have the following problem when get/load data from excel . Actually my data record/rows only + 5000 rows in excel source that contains value and the other rows is blank/empty ,but when i load that data show message load 1.048.575 rows loaded. this not good for time consumption. i have 2 question :
1. how to fix this problem (only 5000 record can be loaded)?
2. It's possible to load data with we can set maximum records?
i use power bi desktop
i hope someone would help, how to figure out this problem
