How to get data between two cell/row values "UPDTk" and "UPTk" from column B, to column I
see example in attach

For 365 how about
Excel Formula: 
=LET(d,B2:B100,DROP(TAKE(d,XMATCH("uptk",d)-1),XMATCH("updtk",d)))
