I have Office 365 and was able to connect Power Query to my Outlook mailbox, but it does not pick up the shared mailbox contents. It only shows the folders from my primary inbox. Is there a way for me to connect to a shared mailbox in Outlook via Power Query?

My goals is to analyze the contents of daily canned emails in the shared mailbox in Excel. If Outlook is closed I'm hoping the refresh will still pick up any new emails.

If Power Query does not work will Power Automate do the job? Any tips on 'how to' would be helpful.

Thanks in advance!
