Generic Board Question

If I respond to a post and want to delete what I posted how can I do that? i can edit but don't see a way to delete what i posted...

You can edit it to say 'deleted' or 'beaten to it' or whatever.

ok...i think before they changed the board format I was able to delete...can't really remember though...

The Delete choice is available under Edit if you are on time.

i just put in a test reply to this and clicked on Edit...where do you see the delete option?
maybe you have something i don't since you're an MVP status?

I moved this thread to the more appropriate "About This Board" Forum.

Note that there is also a "Test Here" Forum where you can test doing different things, like trying to delete posts, etc.

The delete option is, in fact, currently only available to MVPs and Admins, and only for a few minutes.

On the risk of looking like a complete idiot - what the heck does MVP stand for?

Sorry for the question, but i'm a German and over here MVP is Mecklenburg VorPommern - Mecklenburg Western Pomerania in english - one of the federal states. Is it any help that I live there?
