Generating Multiple combinations of multiple lists using power query macro

Hello,
I have multiple columns as inputs and I need to genetrate multiple combinations from those inputs using a power query macro. How to write a vba code for the same.
Using these combination of inputs I need to generate multiple outputs using vba.
