Hi, I'm looking for a way to be able to generate different types of letters based on information in excel. For example, I would like to generate two types of letters based on one row of data in excel as opposed to generating a mass mail merge for all rows.

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Can you provide an example of where two different letter formats get determined?

This is to build job classification documents. So the data set would include the position title, department, skills, licenses, etc. The types of letter formats I would need to create based on this information would be a class specification document, an internal posting, and an external posting. Each document uses the same data but displays it in different formats.
