generating all possible two word combinations from excel list having first name and last name

Hi all,

I ve a small query. I need to generate a list of all possible two word combinations from a list in excel containing two columns first name and last name. the first name itself or the last name can be a combination of two or more words. thats why I need a list of all possible two word combinations from these two columns for each entry. there are more than ten thousand records. Is there anyway I can do that in Excel? Please help.
