Generating a Pedigree and Calculating Inbreeding Coefficient

I have tried asking this question in several other forms and I don't think I've done a good job of framing the question so here is one more attempt.
I raise livestock and would like to be able to generate a list of sires and who they can breed with based on Wrights Coefficient of Inbreeding.

So long story short I want to be able to generate another table using the coefficient which will help me determine which animals can breed to which Sires. Along the way if I also had a way to see the Pedigree of each animal that would be wonderful.
