I am having an event in which contestants can enter the event either as a “Header” or “Heeler”. They may enter the event up to 4 times. Once all of the contestants are entered into the spreadsheet I have created, I need to click a button labeled “Draw” and have it sort the two columns (Headers and Heelers) randomly so that they match up into randomly drawn teams. However there cannot be duplicate teams. Each contestant must be paired with 4 different partners. If they enter twice, they must be paired with two different partners and so on.

Right now my columns are as follows:
TEAM # (however many teams are entered)
HEADERS
HEELERS

HEADERS
Whitney
Whitney
Whitney
Whitney
Spencer
Spencer
Spencer
Spencer
and so on....

HEELERS
Kyle
Kyle
Kyle
Kyle
Bruce
Bruce
Bruce
Bruce
And so on...

Thank you!!!

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
This looks like fun. Living in Wyoming, I know how this works. Might be a day or two until I get home, what is your time frame?
