I need a macro that I will assign to a report button that generates the following report:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Contract Contract Cost
2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 totals
123 $10000 $10000 $10000 $10000 - $40000
456 - - - - -
789 - - - - -
Tot: 10000 $10000 $10000 $10000 - $40000

Where:
Current Date is 6/2/2010

Contract Name 123
Contract Expires 7/1/2014
Contract Cost/Year = $10,000
Status = Active

Contract Name 456
Contract Expires 7/1/2010
Contract Cost/Year = $1200
Status = Active

Contract Name 789
Contract Expires 8/28/2012
Contract Cost/Year = $5000
Status = Suspended

I have a column which calculates the expiration date (AE)
I have a field for the status (in example, active, suspended) (AF)
Payment due every Year, except for last year (Expiration Year minus 1) – See 123 above
The macro will open a new tab and call it: Payment Forecast”. The tab(worksheet) “Payment Forecast” will delete when the workbook is closed.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Admirable work. You have prepared that difficult forecast sheet program that's difficult to design. I would suggest You to refer annuity settlements where there is entire information on what You have summarized. so it might help further in Your macro design completion.
