Hi all, this is my first post and I could really use some help on this one...

I write a weekly schedule with in times for an AM shift and a PM shift. The number of people on each shift vary from day to day and week to week. Weekly schedule looks like this:
Book1
ABCDEFGHI
2MONTUEWEDTHURFRISATSUN
310/610/710/810/910/1010/1110/12
4AMANDAAM11H10:3011:30HPROMOXX
5PM4:30XX
6ALLYSEAM1030X1030
7PM4:30X330
8ANGIEAM4:301030
9PM4:30
10ANNAAMX103010301030X
11PMXX
12ASHLEYAM
13PM
14BRITTNEYAM1030X
15PM4304:304:30X330
Sheet1

I'd like to have worksheets Monday - Sunday that have already read the Weekly Schedule and have two lists - one for those that are scheduled for the AM shift and one for the PM.

Is there a function that will handle this for me or is there some coding required?

Thanks for everything... there is some really great stuff in here.

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
If I understand it correctly you are wanting 7 tabs - one for each day that simply ready off your weekly schedule?

Example in Mondays tab you will only display People and times rostered for Monday etc?

Yes. One tab for each day that correctly reads the "Weekly Schedule" and compiles the list with ONLY those that are scheduled for that shift on that day.

My goal after creating a schedule is to just click on a particular's day tab, hit print, and have my roster already done. Currently, we are doing them by hand and with some of the people I work with, it isn't reliable. Also, it would save me a lot of time every week... Right now, we have over 45 people on the schedule, with an average 9-13 working each shift.

Thanks!!!
