Morning,
I have a list in the form of a table.
I noticed that say the first 12 cells are blue white blue white etc etc but then after that all the other cells are white.

Can you explain why this is & what should i need to do if anything.

Thanks

Hi,
Checking the rows in question they all seem to be in order like1,2,3,4,5,6 etc etc as opposed to 1,2,3,5,6 if thats what you mean by skipped a row.

Having said that i selected the cells in question then selected NO FILL then i now see ALL the cells are blue white blue white.

Thanks

The table does not continue if you skip rows.
Skipping rows like entering a value in row 2 and then row 5 is skipping a row.

Want to make your Table a different color?

1.Select the entire Table
2. You now should see On the Ribbon Table Tools select Design
3. See table styles
4. Select one from the choices seen.
5. There are more then 30 choices.
