I would like to create a gantt style chart, from some movement category data that I have. The data is chronological and the categories will have multiple occurrences.
I would basically like to be able to have my categories along y axis and then the x axis be a timeline, and then the time spent in each category will appear in blocks in the row it corresponds to above the time it also corresponds to.
Hope this makes sense, had made a picture of one but couldn't paste it in
Any help would be great

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Thanks for the link, but not really what I am after. The sections on the chart will occur more than once and I will want them on the same row. Its bascially charting peoples movement speeds in sport. So I want to be able to graphically represent this and show what people to over time. I will have only 5 categories, still, walk, jog, stride and sprint and these can occur at any time during the game. So I am after a timeline for the whole length of the game, that I can manipulate and show things on. Any ideas???
