Hi everyone,

I am currently creating an employee scheduler using a Reversed Gantt Chart, one where the user plots the schedule in the chart then the START and END details are automatically updated (using formulas) while plotting.

I used legends such as 0 - vacant hours, 1 - working hours, 2 - break hours.

The following columns requires formula: START TIME, END TIME, START OF BREAK HOURS TIME, LENGTH OF BREAK HOURS

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
