Gantt Chart Autopopulation

I am making a horizontal bar chart, showing projects under different categories over a 10 year time span. I was able to organize the data the way I need it, but am having issues with making the chart autopopulate.

The chart data is being pulled from 'Sheet 3', which is a sheet that is collecting data from about 10 different sheets and summarizing what I need to graph from those sheets. What I need is when those 10 different sheets have data added I want it to autopopulate into the summarized 'Sheet 3', without having any blank or 0 values showing.

Also, I am interested in coloring the bars on the chart based on a sub category. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
