Fuzzy Lookup Help

Hello,

New here, but this is a great resource. I am having a heck of a time getting my fuzzy lookup to work.

I have the following 2 tables:



I am trying to use the second table to generate a cost for the first table where the Origin/Dest state pair match 100% and the weight is just the next closest to what Table 1 says.

I have my fuzzy lookup set as follows:



But for some reason the lookup keeps searching for a match based on the weight not the next closest weight based on the Lane pair. It is returning values for different lanes, when i simply want the exact lane and most similar weight.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
