Fuzzy Lookup Add-in - Multiple Configurations on one Matchup?

Hello!
I am using the Fuzzy Lookup add-in to match up two tables of customer names and states. I would like to have the state code matchup be 100% accurate but a similarity threshold of 75% for the name. So ultimately what that means is that I am hoping to have a tiered matchup, first for state, then by name.

I added a custom configuration for each matchup, with the state code transformation threshold set to 1 and the merge and split transformation options set to false. Eventually when the similarity level drops, I start getting mismatched state codes. Any ideas to avoid this?

Thanks for the help!
