Fuzzy look up or alike

I've got two lists of names on two tabs.

One is from payroll and one is from the email system we use.

People have left but their email accounts have not been deleted.

I want to run a check and flag all the names that have email addresses but are not on the payroll so they can be removed.

But, sometimes their name is spelt differently in the two systems, Claire / Clare or either shortened Thomas / Tom.

Is there a way to do a fuzzy match where is say 80% of the text matches to flag it as ok, but less than 80% then to flag it for review as they may have left?
