Hello and sorry for my bad English.
I want to create a formula or logical function that will set lower or higher valuses in range of 10 and 15.... so the thing that i need is when i pick values under 10 and the fromula will set the lower range number ( 10 ) and if i pick values higher than 15 and the formula will set the higher range number ( 15 ) or when the value is in-between the range (10 - 15 ) to stay the same value that is introduced.

P.S ....I tried few times with correct formulas from video tutorial , but excel pops a window that says " the formula you typed contains an error ".
