function that returns first visible cell test

Hi, I'm trying to get a function that returns first visible cell text (not number).

Cell range is B7:B8000 but after filtering, the range can come down to 50-60ish cells, but i only need the first cell out of the filtered range.

Control+shift+enter, not just enter:

=INDEX(B7:B8000,MATCH(1,SUBTOTAL(3,OFFSET(B7:B8000,ROW(B7:B8000)-ROW(B7),0,1)),0))
