I have an excel import template for a software program the company I work for uses. The Software import template uses an unusual date format

01/25/2018 would be 118
10/01/2017 would be 1017

I am trying to pull data from one of my spreadsheets to past into their template, but my spreadsheet uses the standard date formats. So I need to convert my dates to their format.

I cant seem to come up with a formula to convert my date fields into their format. my spreadsheet is using m/dd/yyyy

Their field on their excel import template is a "General" field.

anyone have a suggestion other than changing my spreadsheet date format. If I asked my users to start entering dates that the software uses, I would laughed at (LOL).

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Assuming that you just want month and year.
Formatting the cell would look like: myy
To use a formula to convert the value would be: =TEXT(A1,"myy")
