How to calculate FTE using hiring date and leaving date based on the financial year.e.g- FY21 using jan and dec as base in the formula. If the formula works pls also try for Mar data , sometimes the same formula does not work in mar and sept.
Your need is not clear to me. Might you post a link to a worksheet with data and results desired? Of course use fake-but-realistic data. Post the link using the link icon above the message area. Put the file on Dropbox, 1Drive, etc. I'll try to assist if you do that.
