From MS Word, using Mail Merge, it doesnt present entire set of rows to select.
MS Word Mail Merge
Edit recipient list
When it pulls up the list from the Excel file, the rows it presents stop after a certain row. I don't see a visible problem with that row.
If I delete the following row in Excel, after the last one displayed from the MS Word selection list, then it works when I return to MS Word by presenting the full list of rows except for the one I temporarily deleted. For example, I have 1000 rows, it stops at row named Middlebo. When I try to isolate the problem, by reducing to 100 or 10 rows, it still stops at Middlebo. It only works if I delete Middlebo.
How can I correct the bad row and prevent this from happening? This has happened to me before, but in the past, it stopped at a different row in a different spreadsheet.
Second problem is that it incorrectly converts the date from say 12-30-13 in Excel to 41638 in Word after the merge.
