Excel Friends,

Any of you have experience with this issue or can point out a good link to read about it:

FROM Apple MS 2008 TO Windows 2010 - Are there any Excel/Office compatibility issues?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
An onlooker's comments:

We, the underprivileged windows users, would fall short of references for MS 2008 , but did you try and run the code on Windows machines for the sake of interest ! It can be re-written if required.

Actually, I do not own an Apple. I just got the question for an investment migration from MAC to Windows. I also fall into the category of underprivileged (happy) windows users!

I have to admit that I have not seen any Mac code, but even if you migrate from XP to Win 7, some or the other things go for a toss, OS wise, 32/64 bit (Active X controls), Office 2003-2007 wise VBA functions some not supported.

All these within MS domain, cant think of non-MS ones, but if they are not bent towards macros, it might be easy tossing them over.
