Freezing or Splitting Problem

I would like to divide my sheet in half. I want to be able to scroll up and down on the left side and I want the right side to remain static. I tried freezing but that only works in the top row or columns to the left of my information that I want static. Also splitting doesn't allow me to scroll up and down on the left side only, it still scrolls on the right side also. Any idea how to accomplish what I need? Thanks.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Window, New Window, Arrange, Vertical will give you two side by side windows of the same sheet with independent scrolling.

Thanks but I already finished my workbook. Will this new window have the information from the right side of my original sheet or will I have to recreate that information in the new window? I already have data and formulas and protected cells in the right part of the original sheet and the top row is frozen because I had to freeze the top row of the left side.
