Freezing location of slicers?

Greetings,

I have a sheet with 2000ish rows of data. I have formatted it into a table in excel 2013 and added a number of slicers which I'm enjoying.

The issue is if I ever scroll down to view more of the data the slicers scroll out of view.

I understand I can prevent the slicers from moving and resizing by using their properties but how can I keep them "always on top" off to the right as I scroll up and down through the data?

Perhaps something in vba can auto-move the slicers down based on user scrolling?
