No there isn't, but what you see if affected by a combination of the screen size/resolution and the position of the row when you freeze it.
For example, in the following image I set freeze panes at row 40 but row 40 was near the top of the window, so I can only scroll up to row 36 (I can actually scroll past that but being frozen the top rows don't respond).
In this next example, I also froze at row 40, but row 40 is near the bottom of the window so I can scroll up to row 10.
In conjunction with this the size of the screen will affect how many rows/columns you can see overall.
