The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Well, you could start with the sticky thread in the Excel Questions forum that is labeled "Recommended add-ins and links..."

Yeah that makes sense but when I open it, it is just a bunch of coding and I'm not sure what to do with it.

If that's the case, you need to change a setting in your board profile.

Click the link 'Profile" in the group of text links at the top-right of the page, then scroll down. Set the option for "Always allow HTML:" to yes, and click submit to save the changes.

After that, you should be able to view it correctly.
