Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Not really, when you look at how an email works... take hotmail for example there is no where for the macro to actually run.

Hi Ed,

Many thanks for that. But if we have configured our MS outlook, then , Can it be done?
In the mean time.. I will look at the link you gave.!!

Thanks,

I don't think you follow completely, you want to send an email to someone... let say you send it to Joe... he has an email account with hotmail and hotmail doesn't really support this feature.

But if it was an office situation i.e. all running on one server than yes it can be done (no idea how but it can)

Think i got the point. Excactly what you said in your second point is what i am looking for.

Even in first point if "JOE's" account is configured to MS OUTLOOK(which has the option of running macros) ie.. both Senders' and receivers' are configured to MSOUTLOOK, then , logic says the requirement is feasible.

But not sure how to go about.

Any how, your help is much appreciated
