works ok some time but other time does not woek

For the workbook you've posted, ' Cover Sheet'!D8 returns 0, which is the value of Payroll!TV113, i.e. the cell for "BH" in the "Carrier 50" columns, for row 113, i.e. date = 22 April 2022.

What do you mean by "doesn't work"?
