Forum issues copy and pasting

I can't seem to paste some text and code into my posts, using windows 7 64bit any reasons why this might be?
 
If posting HTML code, you need to wrap it in [HTML][/HTML] tags, not CODE tags.

I have edited this one for you.

I removed the other thread since I think it was about the same thing. Is that correct?
