How to find all excel formulas relating to Microsoft 2010 Version?

The question seems very broad to me but one way would be to click on the "fx" at the left of the formula bar in Excel then choose "All" in the "Or select a category" box.
Then all functions should be listed.

Okay. Would u give the important formulas and the usage of it which are useful for the accounting and audit purpose in the Microsoft excel 2010?

That's not really possible as what might be important to one person for those purposes could well not be important to another person.
I think that you really need to do some general research and learning of many of Excel's formulas as and when you need them.
