Hi all,

I am using Power Pivots and use a formula to do a calculation to find out the mix of something but the data for my calculation is in different rows instead of columns.

As an example.

I have the below table of information with 2 data sources which meant I have to use Power Pivots to combine the 2 together.

What I need to do ideally is put the information into a Pivot table like the below with the orange columns being calculations within the Pivot.

Since the data I need for the % Rate is in different rows, I don't know how I can add the formula in the Power Pivot.

% Rate for Payment Refused = Payment Refused divided by Sales
% Rate for No Stock = No Stock divided by Sales
Total Canx = Payment Refused + No Stock
% Rate for Total Canx = Total Canx divided by Sales

Would anyone know if it's possible to add a formula into the Power Pivots with the measures in rows?

Thanks

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I would think you would do measures in the bottom calculation area that you can pull into your pivot table. 4 measures, one for each calculation you are doing. The measures would apply based on filters in the pivot table.

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately my issue is the information I need for the calculations are in the same column on different rows so I don't know how to add that into a formula.
