Formulas in Conditional Formatting

Good Morning everyone.

I'm trying to do make cells B2 and B3 light up red if MAX(B2,B3)-MIN(B2,B3)=>0.003

I keep getting errors when I try to enter this in conditional formatting.

Please help and thanks in advance.

Select B2:B3
in conditional formatting use this formula

=(MAX($B$2:$B$3)-MIN($B$2:$B$3))>=0.003
