Hello one and all
I am using excel 2007

I require a forumla please to complete the following

Row a1 has dates

I would like to count the number of rows which has a date populated in the cell which is "<=(Today()"

Any help would be great please

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Thanks peter

Can I ask another question

I would also like to add another countif statement

=COUNTIF(A:A,"<="&TODAY()) +COUNTIF(B:B,"APPLE")

So the result would be if cell B:B = apple and cell A:A <= Today()
