I am trying to create a formula to take an amount of out net 30dy, 60dy, 90dy, etc., once paid. I am needing something along the lines of if cell equals paid then remove/replace the net columns with 0, or just remove all together. I have the first part of the equation, but I am not sure how to get the number out of the cell for the terms. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Welcome to the Board!

I think it would be very helpful to us if we could see a sample of what your data looks like, and what you want your expected output to look like (so much depends on the structure of your data).
MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
