Hi all,

how can I "converting" this formula:

Range("B2") = "=TYPE(RC[-1])"

into VBA ?

as:

Msgbox Application.WorksheetFunction.Type("B2") ---> (but does not work!!!)

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Hi ISY,

and with a loop...?

i.e.:
from D2 to D999

For i = 2 To 999

...
Next i

How about
Code:
Sub Maurizio()
    Dim Cl As Range

    For Each Cl In Range("D2:D5")
        MsgBox Evaluate("type(" & Cl.Address & ")")
    Next Cl
End Sub
