FORMULA TO USE WITH SIMILAR ID

Hi All,

Anyone can help me to create formula for below table? Actual Amount base column and Posted Amount Base column have similar cargo ID. What formula I can use to get the result or balance for Actual and Posted column?

One way would be to subtract two SUMIF formulas, structured like this:
1. SUM the Actual Amount Base column based on Vessel Name
and then subtract
2. SUM the Posted Amount Base column based on Vessel Name
