I have spreadsheet with a sheet called "DATA" and a sheet called "TRAINING" in the training sheet I have a personnel ID in C3 and a course ID in D2. I want to search "DATA" for a personnel ID that has done a course in D2 and enter the date on the next due date (some people have done the course more than once so I need it to give me the most current date.
