Formula to stop counting if value met in Google Sheets

Hi all, I have a Google worksheet where I count the days from a manually entered date, column E. The number of days passed is then calculated into column N.

E3 - Date (this is manually entered)
N3 - Age (in days) using the following formula - =IF(E3="","",(Today()-E3))
L3 - Status - this is manually entered - "Yes"

What I am trying to figure out is how to get the formula in N3 to stop counting, and retain the last value, if L3 states "Yes"

I would need it to happen for the whole of column N.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Bit confused as Google and Excel formulas are different
