Hi, I've seen this video Mr Excel & excelisfun Trick 14: Trending Up Down Arrows. In the video it shows how to use the formula =SIGN(H4-H5) and conditional formating to show arrows to represent the trend in values from one row to another. eg. up arrow if the value has increased from one row to another, down for decrease in value and across if value stays the same. I need to know how to do the same but to compare values from one column to another, ie H4-G4. Please can you help?

Thanks
